We offer a few services, including a WordPress plugin (Block Diffusion), this website (block-diffusion.com), and an API hosted on block-diffusion.com.

What data do we see?

We collect typical identifiable information while interacting over the internet such as IP address, referer name, and various other items. We may log this data, or store it temporarily in the usual manner following best practices in the industry. Some examples include:

  • We may log the IP address to monitor API usage
  • Referer name used for similiar purposes

What data do we store?

As of June 24, 2023 we do not store any data even if you opted in via the plugin. This may change int he future and if so we will update this paragraph. However, we will never store any data that you have not explicitly opted in to share with us.

This site uses Fathom Analytics to track users anonymously and provide insights into how the site is used. Do read their privacy compliance page for more information.

Services we may interact with on your behalf

We use Replicate.com to power the image processing, so you agree to their terms and privacy policy when using our services as well. We do not currently intercept your communications with Replicate, but when you have opted in to sharing data from Replicate, we expect the same terms to apply

This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. If we make a change to the policy, it will be updated here on this page (and update the Last Updated date). Examples of when we may need to update this policy are:

  • When we add new features to our services
  • When we interact with new services on your behalf
  • When we change our data storage practices
